COM-1: A Cluster of 10 Residential Buildings (18 story Each)

Project consists of ten residential buildings (all 18 story tall).  Raft foundation was used for foundations.  Block 1 and 2 consists of 4 buildings each, block 3 consists of 2 buildings.  Building framing consists of RCC shear walls, columns, beams and slab.

Construction of these buildings will start soon. 

1B + G + 18 Story Residential Building 

Project consists of a 20 story tall residential buildings (all 18 story tall).  Pile Raft foundation was used for foundations.  Building framing consists of RCC shear walls, columns, beams and slab.

The building is currently under construction.

3 Story School Buildings

Project consists of two 3 story school buildings in Seismic Zone 3.  Isolated and Combined foundations were used for foundations.  Building framing consists of RCC columns, beams and sloping slabs.

Buildings are currently under construction. 

2 Story Structural Steel Ramp

Two storey structural steel ramp using circular columns, steel tubes, channels and wooden planks.
