3 storey Office Building
This architectural award winning building is supported on pile foundations. Building framing consists of flat slab with shear walls and columns. Salient feature is the use of rammed earth technology on the facade of the building which is the first ever project in Pakistan. The project also includes about 100 feet tall tower structure and underground parking garage. This project was designed for seismic zone 3. The structural framing of the buildings is already completed.

All these campus department buildings are supported on hilly terrain and have been designed for worst possible seismic forces i.e. for Zone 4. The basic framing consists of beam, columns and slabs with isolated or combined foundations. The structural framing of the buildings is already completed.

40 storey Hotel / Office Building
This project will soon be under construction. The hotel / office tower building is supported on raft and pile foundation. The basic framing of the building consists of central shear walls, edge columns and flat slab with edge beams. There are 3 basements under the building. Also there is a low rise 7 storey structure adjacent to the building. Building model was prepared & all project drawings were produced using Revit.

Seventeen 35 - 40 storey Residential Buildings
The project consisted of 17 high rise buildings with large podium. All these buildings were supported on pile raft foundation or pile foundation. Podium structure gravity framing consisted on flat slab. The basic framing consists of shear walls, beams, columns and slabs. Some of these buildings have already been constructed.

The hospital building is currently operational. All these hospital buildings are supported on isolated / combined foundation. Buildings were designed Zone 3 seismic forces using IBC code. The basic framing consists of flat slabs with edge beams, columns and shear walls for lateral resistance. Salient feature is the use of rammed earth technology on the facade of the building which is the first ever project in Afghanistan.

The floor framing of these two tower buildings consisted of concrete pan joist system with concrete girders. The project also included deep transfer girders. These buildings are supported on pile foundations. The hospital buildings are already operational.
